How Congress Really Works
In our system of government, the Congress (Senate and House) is supposed to represent the people of the nation and their interests. Here a picture of the Senate floor:

Here is my interpretation of what is actually going on:
Yeah, I know it’s cynical to think like this, but other than a few freshman senators, I really believe this is how it works these days. Now the question is, what can we do about it?
Vote them all out, start a revolution and begin again, ignore the “laws” they make and do things our own way (thus starting the afore-mentioned revolution,) something else?
I really don’t know but something needs to happen soon, else I think we’re all screwed.
