Forget The iPad
After looking at the specs, the price, and the OS, I’m thinking the iPad is not for me. I thought about it, but I guess I just don’t think an overzealous iPhone (which I have and love) without a camera isn’t worth it to me.
Instead, give me the Lenovo IdeaPad U1 hybrid. Yeah, it runs Windows 7 on the base, but the tablet is all Linux. Multitouch, innate browser and photo gallery software, oh, and it actually comes with a keyboard.
Yeah, the price is a bit higher, but at least it can close it and protect the screen from the inevitable scratches.
